How are you doing? I know you’ve been through a lot lately, we all have. Today’s reminder is that it’s okay to say no. Say no to people and places and things that don’t serve you. I know sometimes I feel pressured to do things that cause me stress. I have learned to say no, graciously, but no, thank you. Now is the time for self-care, making sure you are getting enough sleep and drinking enough water. That alone will give you the strength to say no to people that are pressuring you and say yes to people and things that bring you joy.
