We’ve all heard the phrase “practice what you preach” or “walk the talk”. Recently, I was reminded that it’s easier said than done (there’s another phrase that we’ve all heard!).
Have you ever been disappointed by someone not meeting your expectations? It happens all the time. I encourage you to minimize your disappointment by spending a little more time upfront with clarifying your expectations to begin with
Do you have a mentor? The path to your front-row can be an easier journey if you have a mentor who is illuminating the path for you. You know, like an usher! I’ve had a mentor ever since I saw my very first motivational speaker when I was 17, Roger Crawford.
Do you have a theme of the year? Or, maybe a word of the year? Mine is USHER…not after the singer, but after the person who has a flashlight at a theater or Las Vegas show.
This is the perfect time for setting your goals and your intentions for 2022.

If you are being confronted, you may be caught off guard.
