Have you noticed a heightened sense of anger in the air lately? As you’ve heard me talk about the Five Stages of Loss adapted from the works of Elizabeth Küblar-Ross, anger is a natural response to loss, including loss of normalcy, loss of routine, and new losses we never anticipated due to Covid 19.
Today’s Front-Row Friday video is a hack…what to say, and how to respond, when faced with an angry person who is itching for conflict. So much stress is a result from unclear communication. I can’t guarantee you can alleviate conflict with this line, but when you do use this line, you may diffuse the anger of someone by listening to their response. And remember, timing and tone is super important.
Enjoy this week’s video and thanks for watching.
Take care,
